Job summary

Maersk Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring inbound/outbound efficiency and inventory accuracy. You will optimize WMS operations, manage SAP-based processes, and drive improvements across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics/warehouse ops, 2+ years supervisory experience, and strong WMS/SAP knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is essential.
Strong hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Practical experience using SAP in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management functions.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.
Must be willing to work at Port Tanjung Pelepas, Johor.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics activities (inbound/outbound/inventory).
Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and procedures.
Maintain WMS operations and inventory accuracy.
Use WMS and SAP for data entry, reporting, and transactions.
Lead and coach warehouse and logistics staff.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports.
Analyze KPIs: on-time delivery, accuracy, and productivity.
Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams.
Support planning and resource allocation.
