Job summary

REN Wellness Retreat, operated by ERMS Berhad, seeks a Storekeeper to manage stock for a hospitality, health and wellness destination. You will handle receiving, storing, issuing materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records within a regulated environment.

Ideal candidates have SPM or higher qualifications with 1–2 years in inventory or storekeeping, preferably in hotel operations or healthcare.Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with stock handling and inventory control.
• Knowledge of receiving procedures and supplier coordination.
• Ability to perform regular stock counts and reconcile variances.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording transactions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system balances.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
• Inspect goods for quality, quantity, and damage.
• Reject or report discrepancies, damaged, or expired items.
• Label items clearly and maintain storage cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery schedules when required.
