Job summary

REN Wellness Retreat by ERMS Berhad is seeking professionals to develop and manage recreation programs across sports, fitness, and cultural activities. You will coordinate events, recruit and train staff, and oversee budgets while ensuring facilities are clean, safe, and well-stocked.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety awareness, and proactive promotion of wellness programs to guests and community members.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM holder.
At least 3 years of working experience in recreational club or fitness centre field.
Excellent customer service and promotional skills; energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
Knowledge of safe exercise techniques, and potential injuries and ability to handle emergencies
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

Develop, schedule, and evaluate recreation programs, including sports, fitness, cultural activities, and special events.
Coordinate and execute events and group activities.
Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate the performance of staff.
Prepare and manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and handle financial reporting.
Supervise the daily operations of recreation facilities, ensure they are clean and safe, report maintenance issues, and manage inventory and supplies.
Promote programs and events through various media, and handle inquiries and complaints from the public.
