Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online enquiries in a timely manner.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently.
• Assist customers with service enquiries and guide them through available wellness treatments.
• Maintain accurate customer records, appointment logs, and attendance tracking.
• Follow up with customers after treatments to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
• Manage customer feedback and complaints, and elevate issues when necessary.
• Support daily operations including basic administrative tasks.
• Ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming front desk environment.
