• Attend service enquiries and greet customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers; attend service enquiries from customers or clients’ calls; answer calls and arrange appointments for guests and respond to general inquiries.
• Maintain general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas, SPA Rooms and outlet overall.
• Monitor outlets supplies/stocks and equipment usage level and balance.
• Perform cashier function.
• Monitor staff compliance with SOP and other customer service standards.
• Undertake all other duties as required.
