Responsibilities

• Handle walk-ins, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online enquiries in a timely manner
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments efficiently
• Assist customers with service enquiries and guide them through available wellness treatments
• Maintain accurate customer records, appointment logs, and attendance tracking
• Follow up with customers after treatments to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care
• Manage customer feedback and complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
• Support daily operations including basic administrative tasks
• Ensure a clean, organised, and welcoming front desk environment
