Job summary

Areoma Wellness Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer service oriented individual to welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service at our spa in Penang. You will handle inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups while explaining treatments, packages, memberships and promotions.

Coordinate therapist schedules, monitor daily sales and records, and assist with admin tasks. Weekend and public holiday work is required; training provided and commissions/bonuses offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service, hospitality, spa or retail experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and customer-oriented.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Hokkian is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries, bookings, appointments and follow-ups.
• Explain spa treatments, packages, memberships and promotions to customers.
• Coordinate therapist schedules and treatment arrangements.
• Monitor daily sales, payments, vouchers, memberships and customer records.
• Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving service issues professionally.
• Ensure the reception area and spa environment are clean and well organised.
• Assist with stock checking and other administrative tasks when required.
• Support sales and marketing activities to achieve monthly targets.
