Job summary

OSIM (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Well-being Advisor (Retail Sales) for our KLCC store in Kuala Lumpur. You will deliver exceptional customer service, promote wellness products and help customers make the best purchasing decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements include a minimum SPM, multilingual skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin), willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification; retail sales experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply (training provided).
• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Ability to speak local dialects is a plus.
• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Friendly, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maximize all opportunities to close sales and achieve individual sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and requests from various platforms promptly and professionally.
• Update and maintain customer records in the system.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully and effectively.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
• Prepare monthly reports and handle basic documentation when required.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and professional selling skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure store cleanliness and conduct daily stock checks.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Area Manager.
