Emax Corporate in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a passionate Beauty Manager to lead our retail team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure brand standards while collaborating on promotions and product launches.

The role requires strong leadership, multilingual communication (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin), and a customer-focused mindset. Weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Beauty Manager role within beauty & wellness industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate staff.
• Experience in beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry is required.
• Good communication skills with the ability to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Positive, proactive, and results-driven with a strong team player mindset
• Willing to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Collaborate with internal staffs and SD / GSM to support business objectives, promotions, and product launches
