Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Relationship Management or Financial Services.
• Candidates with an existing network within the Web3, blockchain, digital asset or investment community are highly preferred.
• Proven track record in acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, business development activities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.
• Arrange and attend client meetings to understand their financing needs and provide suitable financing solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and client engagement to follow-up, negotiation and successful deal closure.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, introducers, business owners and business partners.
• Follow up on enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth financing process.
• Explore new markets, partnerships and business opportunities to support the Company's growth.
• Represent the Company at networking events, business functions and industry-related activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall business performance.
