Junior Business Development Executive (Financial Services / PEN -JB - S'WAK)

You will be responsible for finding potential customers and business partners, introducing financing solutions, and building relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets for financial products (Vehicle financing / Motorcycle financing / Easy Payment / SME Financing) and expand customer base.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active exploration and networking.

Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Credit, Collection, Customer Service) to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

Stay up to date with industry trends and market developments to identify growth opportunities.

About you

Candidate with at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Working experiences in sales/marketing in financial institutions, credit company or leasing company will be added advantage.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a knack for closing deals.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
