Responsibilities

Review process flows and initiate improvements via RPA, Macro and other tools with timely updates
Participate in strategic initiatives, testing and implementation with team collaboration
Communicate with Oversight Team to resolve issues and prevent recurrence
Ensure transactions are processed according to procedure
Identify incorrect processing and suggest improvements to avoid recurrence
Provide relief support and cross-train across functions and departments
