Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking an Event & Segment Marketing Specialist to design and execute experiential marketing across three customer worlds: Private Bank, Priority, and Mass Branch.

You will own the event lifecycle from concept to delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with commercial targets, ROI tracking, and data-driven insights for lead generation and AUM growth.

Qualifications

• Familiar with modern lifestyle trends, luxury experiences, and high net worth affluent segment marketing campaigns and events.
• Solid background in event strategy, conceptualization, and end-to-end execution (logistics, coordination, vendor management).
• Familiar with best practices and trends in high net worth segment experiences and events.
• Excellent stakeholder and partnership management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the event lifecycle from concept to delivery, including theme brainstorming, venue scouting, and speaker coordination.
• Direct creative design assets and digital invitations for events.
• Collaborate with Segment Heads, Product Specialists, and Relationship Managers to align events with commercial targets.
