Hong Leong Bank is seeking an Event & Segment Marketing Specialist to design and deliver experiential marketing across Private Bank, Priority and Mass Branch segments. You will own the event lifecycle—from concept and venue scouting to creative design assets and invitations—driving luxury experiences and high-energy roadshows.

Collaborate with Segment Heads, Product Specialists and Relationship Managers to ensure events hit commercial targets and that customer follow-ups are tracked.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience in luxury or high net-worth segment campaigns.
• Strong event strategy, conceptualization and end-to-end execution (logistics, coordination, vendor management).
• Excellent stakeholder and partnership management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the event lifecycle—from brainstorming themes to venue scouting to invitations.
• Collaborate with Segment Heads, Product Specialists and Relationship Managers to align events with targets.
• Lead generation and ROI tracking for events, with KPIs for attendance, engagement and revenue impact.
• Ensure events align with commercial targets and drive NTB leads and AUM growth.
