Job summary

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in any field or equivalent sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with customer effectively.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of self-discipline, accountability and willingness to learn from mistakes to avoid repeated errors.
• Demonstrated experience in acquiring affluent segment with strong products knowledge in Cards, Loan and Borrowing products.
• Multilingual ability (English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin) to cater to diverse customer segments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve performance expectations and contribute toward the Retail business in line with IWPB strategic direction.
• Support and engage in roadshows or events including approaching prospect leads for acquisition to deliver the overall sales result.
• Proactively work with Managers and Team Leader Customer Acquisition to plan, execute and optimize sales activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Demonstrate HSBC values and drive a culture that supports the bank's customer experience.
• Provide quality after-sales engagement to strengthen long-term relationships.
