Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Client Engagement Executive to join the International Wealth and Personal Banking team. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, engaging customers, and upholding HSBC’s customer experience and regulatory standards.

You will support roadshows, approach prospect leads for acquisition, and collaborate with Managers to optimize sales activities while maintaining high professional conduct and compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field or equivalent sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales KPIs under pressure.
• Multilingual: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to Retail IWPB results.
• Support roadshows or events and engage prospect leads.
• Collaborate with Managers to plan and optimize sales activities.
