Job summary

HSBC is seeking an ambitious Primary Banker in Malaysia to join International Wealth and Premier Banking. You will work with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional targets by increasing revenue from HSBC wealth products, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, and promoting digital banking tools to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• SPM with at least 5 credits.
• Licensing in wealth products (PCE/TBE/CEILLI/FIMM) is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of personal banking products (credit cards, loans, deposits).
• Strong relationship building and communication with customers.
• Shariah knowledge and competency are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales revenue of HSBC financial products through various activities.
• Build and manage relationships with new and existing customers.
• Assess financial needs and provide tailored wealth solutions.
• Promote HSBC digital channels and Life Sign technology to customers.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain high-quality data input in customer records and processing.
