Job summary

HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking an ambitious Premier Relationship Banker to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking team. You will work with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

You will acquire and deepen Premier clients through comprehensive financial planning, wealth product guidance and tailored service, while ensuring compliance and adherence to bank policies. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, Mandarin/Cantonese an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management of high net worth clients preferred.
• Diploma or degree qualification recognized by the bank.
• Licences in wealth and investment products (PCE, TBE, CEILLI, FIMM, IPPC) required.
• Strong sales track record in insurance and investment products.
• Sales-driven, results-oriented.
• Skilled in influencing, networking and portfolio management.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage, acquire, grow and deepen Premier customers' relationships through effective relationship management.
• Drive revenue and AUM growth through holistic financial planning.
• Ensure high level of sales and services of HSBC retail products based on needs-based selling.
• Refer mortgage business to Mortgage Arranger (MA).
• Ensure best practice on wealth sales is referred to peers and others.
• Adhere to products and sales policies, procedures and guidelines set by the Bank and authorities.
