Job summary

Organo (Asia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to service existing customers and grow market share in the water treatment sector. You will develop proposals, present technical solutions, and travel as needed to meet sales targets.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor degree in Chemical, Environmental Engineering or Science, with 3–4 years in water treatment. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, plus MS Office, are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Chemical, Environmental Engineering or Science or equivalent.
Experience in water treatment site survey activity.
Must be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia and have good interpersonal skills.
Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Service existing customers and maintain market position.
Prepare business proposals with creative and sustainable solutions meeting customer needs.
Establish networks and build rapport with customers, vendors and contractors.
Develop new markets to enhance sales opportunities.
Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies for product promotion to hit targets.
Provide technical presentations to customers when required.
