Job summary
KURITA Water Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales And Service Engineer (Chemical Water Treatment) based in JB to promote water treatment solutions, build client relationships, and drive business growth. The role combines technical know-how with sales and marketing efforts to expand market presence.
You will travel to client sites, deliver technical presentations, prepare quotes, and provide ongoing technical support to customers and the sales team, leveraging your experience in chemical water
Qualifications
- Over 5 years of sales experience.
- Degree and above in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Knowledge of water treatment processes is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Value on-site observation and propose solutions to issues identified in real-site situations.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations for customer needs.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations of water treatment products and services.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and technical specifications in response to inquiries for review by supervisor.
- Provide technical support to customers and sales team throughout the sales process.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements for strategy input.
- Travel to sites for work and site visits as required.
