Job summary

BlueNexusTechnologies Pte. Ltd in Malaysia seeks a technically proficient Sales Support who bridges engineering capabilities with sales objectives. You translate client pain points into technical requirements and develop compelling proposals to win projects.

You will enable the sales team by delivering end-to-end technical documentation, PFDs, BOQ support, and compliant manuals while engaging with consultants, end-users, and government bodies.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales support for water/wastewater projects.
• Ability to translate client needs into technical requirements and proposals.
• Proven track record of writing technical proposals for industrial or municipal projects.
• Strong understanding of membrane processes (UF/RO) and chemical dosing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD reading and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Review client RFQs, tender documents, and site data to determine suitable treatment methodologies (RO, UF, MBR, EDI, etc.).
• Prepare comprehensive technical proposals with PFDs, mass balances, equipment selection, and system descriptions.
• Collaborate with procurement to generate accurate BOQ and costings for competitive pricing.
• Create compliance matrices, technical deviation lists, and tailor O&M manuals.
• Conduct product presentations and process demonstrations to consultants, end-users, and government bodies.
• Join Sales Manager on client sites for technical surveys and water quality data collection.
• Handover technical documents and project scope to Engineering upon order confirmation.
• Provide technical clarification during installation and commissioning to ensure client satisfaction.
