Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Mechanical or related).
3+ years in technical solutions, water treatment or related industries.
Hands-on experience in water filtration or environmental solutions is an advantage.
Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office and presentation software.
Willingness to travel within Malaysia for client visits and project discussions.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in water treatment, filtration, and related industries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Monitor project timelines and coordinate with engineering and production teams for timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and market intelligence in CRM systems.
Provide feedback to R&D and product teams based on customer needs and industry gaps.
