Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical service or field support

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Safety protocols must be followed

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and service support to district accounts
• Identify and resolve customer pain points; escalate as required
• Execute chemistry tests, log/report data, maintain product inventories
• Install, calibrate and maintain chemical feed equipment and process monitoring equipment
• Assist Sales Representatives with start-ups of new applications
