Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is advantageous.
At least two years of sales engineering experience in mechanical/electrical, industrial or utility sectors.
Strong technical communication, public relations and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Solution selling: Present suitable technical solutions to prospects and support the execution of strategic deals.
Business development: Conduct market research and build new business opportunities across relevant industries.
Stakeholder relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Quotes and tenders: Prepare quotations, costing and tender proposals, then follow up closely with consultants and contractors.
Exhibitions and coordination: Support exhibitions and liaise with other departments on preparation and execution.
Target delivery: Work with a clear focus on sales and order targets while contributing to overall business performance.
Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly reports to support informed decision-making.
