Zusammenfassung

Tan Chong Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on warranty and accessories technician to test, repair and exchange rejected parts, and to handle customer technical inquiries. You will raise CSR and MDO for warranty claims, sort rejected items, and assist with aftersales installations, while maintaining 5S discipline and supporting ad-hoc tasks.

The role requires basic certificates or a diploma, product knowledge, and the ability to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum SPM / Vocational Certificate / Diploma.
• Understanding features and functionalities of products.
• Ability to install vehicle accessories.

Aufgaben

• Receive and carry out test & repair/exchange for warranty rejected parts (VDC and TCEAS).
• Attend and rectify CEAS and walk-in customers' technical issues or enquiries.
• Raise CSR and MDO for Warranty Claims.
• Sort warranty rejection items from NSD.
• Assist TA in returning/recycling rejected items and prepare MDO and Disposal Note.
• Perform aftermarket accessories installation work.
• Carry out 5S activities in the workplace.
• Any other jobs assigned from time to time.
