Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Automotive, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and reviewing warranty and FSM claims submitted by dealers.
• Support validation of documents such as Repair Orders, invoices, and supporting reports.
• Maintain and update warranty claim records in internal systems.
• Prepare and update reports, trackers, and presentations for weekly/monthly reviews.
• Coordinate with dealers and internal teams to follow up on missing information.
• Assist in data analysis related to warranty performance and claims trends, as required.
• Support administrative tasks within the warranty department.
