Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, business, IT or automotive studies.
• Minimum 3 years of warranty, automotive, data analysis or related experience.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and web reporting tools are required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

This role involves accessing, navigating and creating automotive warranty analysis reports from OEM warranty systems. You will gather, maintain, document and distribute warranty data and reports, analyze warranty claim trends, and support root cause investigations and corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

Analyze warranty claim trends and support root cause investigations and corrective actions

Prepare quarterly and ad-hoc warranty reports for management and customers

Upload and maintain warranty information on company/customer portals

Communicate with OEMs, internal stakeholders and software providers regarding warranty matters

Utilize AI-assisted tools to improve warranty data analysis, reporting accuracy, trend identification, and documentation efficiency

Develop and maintain simple automation solutions using Python, Excel VBA, Power Automate, or similar tools to streamline data collection, reporting, and workflow activities

Create and maintain automated data extraction, validation, and reporting routines from OEM warranty databases and internal systems

Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to identify process improvement and automation opportunities

About you

Diploma or University Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, Automotive Studies or related field

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warranty, automotive, data analysis, customer support, or related functions

Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint and web-based reporting tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Written and verbal communication skills in English

Detail-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

Automotive warranty and OEM systems knowledge is an advantage

Knowledge of data analysis and dashboard reporting tools is an advantage

Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), including practical use of generative AI and agentic AI workflows, is highly preferred

Basic Python programming skills for data extraction, automation and reporting are highly preferred
