Job summary

Marquis Oil (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated warehouse professional to supervise daily activities, optimize processes, and maintain precise inventory records in a fast-paced environment.

You will ensure safety and environmental compliance, coordinate across departments, and leverage your experience with lubricant handling to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
• Proficient in using computer systems for inventory control and reporting.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiar with safety and environmental standards.
• Experience handling lubricant drums and using drum grippers is an added advantage.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels meet production and customer requirements.

Identify and resolve warehouse operational issues.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Coordinate with other departments, such as Administration, to support overall business operations.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transport or logistics industry.

Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.

Proficient in using computer systems for inventory control and reporting.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Capable of working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Familiar with safety and environmental standards.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams.

Prior experience in handling lubricant drums, using drum grippers, and applying metal strapping is an added advantage.
