Wah Kong Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor in Shah Alam to oversee daily warehouse and e-commerce fulfilment activities. You will plan manpower, lead and train staff, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch to meet tight timelines.
You will monitor inventory movement, conduct counts, investigate discrepancies, and enforce safety standards. Experience with forklifts and WMS is preferred for efficient operations.
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and e-commerce fulfilment activities.
Plan manpower allocation and work schedules according to daily operational requirements.
Lead, guide, train and monitor warehouse employees to ensure productivity and work quality.
Ensure goods are accurately received, stored, picked, packed and dispatched according to operational requirements.
Monitor order fulfilment to ensure e-commerce orders are processed accurately and within the required timeline.
Ensure proper loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing goods.
Monitor inventory movement and conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts.
Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods or operational issues.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners and other handling equipment.
Enforce warehouse safety procedures and ensure the workplace is clean, safe and organised.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, productivity and cost efficiency.
Prepare and maintain reports relating to warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, manpower and operational performance.
Coordinate closely with E-Commerce, Operations, Logistics, Customer Service and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
Valid forklift certification or licence is preferred / required where applicable.
Additional qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field will be an added advantage
Relevant working experience in warehouse, logistics or e-commerce fulfilment operations.
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
Experience in receiving, picking, packing, stock control and dispatch operations.
Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Familiarity with warehouse scanners, inventory systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) would be an advantage.
Good understanding of inventory control and warehouse safety practices.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Good planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily operational deadlines.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
