Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, and outbound activities at our Klang facility. You will schedule staff, manage workflow, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure on-time, accurate fulfilment.

You will coordinate with building owners, manpower providers, and internal teams, providing data-driven reports and coaching to boost efficiency and teamwork across departments for a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in relevant field preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) encouraged.

Job description

Responsible for the daily Sorting Centre operations including physical operations - mainly receive, sort and outbound

Involves in scheduling, staffing and workflow management, monitoring of key performance metrics

Manage multiple stakeholders - coordinate between building owner, manpower provider, and internal operation teams

Ensuring the operations meet the targeted Service Level Agreement (SLA) by general management by exhibiting your problem solving and employee coaching/training skills wherever needed

Provide daily data reports & identify potential improvements to existing processes to reduce bottlenecks & improve the efficiency of your team

Job Requirement :

Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days)

Diploma or Degreein Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferrable skill sets are welcome to apply

Experienced in warehouse operations would be preferred

Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders

Knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is encouraged
