Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Last Mile operations in Sepang. You will oversee sorters and drivers, coordinate daily parcel deliveries, and ensure timely, safe handling of inbound and outbound shipments.

The role requires leadership, clear communication, and a proactive approach to KPI monitoring in a fast-paced logistics environment. Familiarity with routing and mapping is a plus; diploma or degree in related fields is advantageous.

Warehouse Supervisor - Last Mile, SPX Express (Sepang)

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
• Assist the fleet team lead in the deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Requirements:

• Candidates currently based in Sepang, Selangor are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work on a rational shift basis depending on business needs
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage
• Familiarity with postcodes / routing / mapping would be of good use
