LONGMOTIVE (M) SDN BHD is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor for Penang-Kulai area to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and coordinate goods receiving, storage, and dispatch. You will lead a team of staff including supervisors, forklift operators and pickers to meet deadlines.

The role requires strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, data analysis, and a focus on safety and efficiency within a dynamic construction-related logistics environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years' experience in warehouse management or logistics.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Proficient in warehouse software and data analysis tools.
• Effective communication and leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

About the role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Penang / Kuantan. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, stock accuracy, and smooth coordination of goods receiving, storage, and dispatch to support the company's operational requirements.

What you'll be doing

Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping of goods

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of warehouse management systems and processes to optimize workflow and productivity

Analyze inventory data and generate reports to identify trends, optimize stock levels and minimize waste

Coordinate the work of warehouse staff, including supervisors, forklift operators and pickers, to ensure deadlines and targets are met

Implement and monitor safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Liaise with construction personnel, subcontractors and logistics teams to align warehouse activities with the company's overall operations

Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance warehouse efficiency

What we're looking for

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a warehouse management or logistics role, preferably in the construction industry

Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control and logistics principles

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities effectively

Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and data analysis tools

Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
