Job summary

Seego Digital Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Kajang to oversee daily warehouse operations, staff allocation, and training. You will design workflows, maintain KPIs for inbound/outbound, inventory, and customer service, and coordinate with ERP/WMS implementations.

Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, while teamwork and proactive problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsible for the operation and management of the warehouse, allocate manpower according to actual operational needs, reasonably distribute the warehouse staffing structure, manage and train the warehouse team.
