Job summary

Well-Tech Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang Bayan Lepas seeks a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager (Sheet Metal) to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch. You will coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, maintain precise inventory, and lead a team to meet KPI targets.

Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is required, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Warehouse Operations.
• Hands-on experience in production planning, warehouse management, import & export, and transportation.
• Experience in the chemical or plastics manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure operations meet company standards and KPIs.
• Monitor workflow processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock management.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to minimize discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner.
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Ensure team adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Enforce safety standards, housekeeping practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Support inbound and outbound logistics planning.
• Check packing lists to ensure inclusion of required components and labels.
• Perform warehouse duties including packing, pulling/checking customer orders, replenishment, shipping, and material handling.
• Compare inventory records against physical count and adjust as needed.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
