Shopee's Operations team in Malaysia handles end-to-end logistics for buyers from search to delivery, monitoring KPIs and ensuring smooth workflows across Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

The role focuses on delegating tasks, coordinating drivers, inbound parcels, KPI tracking, and enforcing safety SOPs in a dynamic shift-based environment.

Qualificações

• Leadership and communication skills required.

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Delegate tasks for sorters and drivers based on headcount.
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure high customer service standards.
• Assist the fleet team lead with deployment and training of new drivers where applicable.
• Monitor and report KPI compliance.
• Ensure safety policies and SOPs for in-hub parcel collection are followed.

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
• Assist the fleet team lead in deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection

Requirements:

• Candidates currently based at Pahang are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work in a rational shift basis depending on business needs.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in logistics operations would be an advantage
• Familiarity with postcodes/routing/mapping would be of good use
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to adapt in an agile environment
• Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
• Able to work on a 12-hours rotational shift basis
