Job summary

Shopee Malaysia seeks a warehouse operations lead to oversee inbound, outbound and inventory management. You will ensure accurate receiving, proper put-away, precise picking/packing, and timely dispatch while maintaining clean, organized areas.

You’ll drive cycle counts, investigate variances, and implement FIFO/FEFO with WMS/ERP usage. The role requires a Diploma in Business or related field, strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and proven leadership in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is preferred.
• Experienced in warehousing / fulfillment operations would be preferred.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English will be added as an advantage.
• Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: manage receiving process, verify quantities and documentation, and oversee put-away.
• Outbound: oversee picking/packing, ensure order accuracy and coordinate with carriers.
• Inventory Management: lead cycle counts, investigate variances, and apply FIFO/FEFO.
• Use WMS/ERP systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting.
