Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth, efficient and accurate material flow.
Manage Just-In-Time (JIT) control for bulky and production-critical parts to ensure materials are available according to production requirements.
Monitor incoming, outgoing and internal movement of materials and ensure timely replenishment to production.
Plan and optimize warehouse space allocation including pallet positioning, storage locations and material flow.
Maintain effective warehouse layout and ensure maximum utilization of available storage space.
Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks/cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Production, Planning, Purchasing and Quality teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
Monitor material aging, slow-moving/obsolete stock and storage conditions and elevate potential risks accordingly.
Develop and maintain warehouse reports, dashboards, and operational records using Microsoft Excel.
Analyze warehouse data, inventory movements, space utilization, and material consumption to support operational decisions.
Ensure proper identification, labeling, segregation and traceability of materials and pallets.
Lead and supervise warehouse storekeepers and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to SOPs.
Monitor warehouse productivity and implement improvements to reduce material handling time, space wastage, and operational errors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and housekeeping standards.
Support internal and external audits by ensuring warehouse records, inventory data, and physical stock are properly maintained.
Identify operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and cost effectiveness.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Supply Chain / Warehouse Director.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to perform inventory calculations, stock analysis, space utilization and material planning.
Good command of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF functions and basic data analysis.
Experience in preparing numerical reports.
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to inventory accuracy and operational discipline.
Willing to work overtime or support operational requirements when necessary.
