Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a warehouse clerk in Banting, Selangor, to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and reporting. The role requires at least 1 year of factory/engineering warehouse experience and a forklift license.

You will coordinate with procurement, ensure safe storage, and maintain data-driven stock movement records while following procedures and working independently.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school or equivalent.
• 1 year warehouse experience in factory or engineering-related industries.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Familiar with stock control and reporting processes.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Forklift license required.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and recording materials.
• Ensure all incoming materials are checked for quantity and quality before storage.
• Manage outbound materials, ensuring accurate and timely issuance.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials in the warehouse.
• Perform regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system.
• Report any inventory discrepancies or damages promptly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement team to ensure timely material delivery.
• Ensure warehouse safety (fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture control, etc.).
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper housekeeping standards.
• Prepare and update inventory reports, stock movement records, and related documentation.
• Support management with data for operational and planning decisions.

Salary: RM4,000 - 6,000

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM), Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)
