Job summary

Hirehub Management Sdn. Bhd. in Banting, Selangor is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to maintain inventory records, manage inbound/outbound movements, and support daily distribution in Banting, Selangor (initially Kapar).

You will handle documentation, coordinate receiving and dispatch, ensure labeling and orderly storage, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams. The role requires WMS experience, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and Mandarin

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse administration or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) or inventory tracking systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
• Proficient in Mandarin for speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, inbound and outbound movements
• Handle warehouse documentation such as delivery orders, packing lists, and invoices
• Conduct regular stock checks and support inventory reconciliation activities
• Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials and equipment
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and overall warehouse organization
• Process orders, prepare shipments, and manage returns in a timely manner
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company policies

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM), Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)

Salary Range: RM3,500 - RM6,000
