Job summary

Hirehub Group is seeking a warehouse operator in Banting, Selangor. The role covers daily warehouse operations, stock control, and data recording, with a focus on accuracy and safety. You will work in a factory/engineering environment and communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

The position requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, a high school diploma, and a forklift license. Salary ranges from RM4,000 to RM6,000 per month, with standard working hours Mon–Fri and Saturday half-day.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school or equivalent.
• At least 1 year warehouse experience in factory or engineering-related industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with stock control and reporting processes.
• Forklift license is required.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations: receive, store, issue, and record materials.
• Verify quantity and quality of incoming materials before storage.
• Manage outbound materials with accuracy and timely issuance.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials.
• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Report discrepancies or damages promptly.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement for timely deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse safety and housekeeping practices.
• Keep inventory reports and stock movement records up to date.
• Support management with data for operations and planning.

Job Descriptions:

• Handle daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and recording materials
  
• Ensure all incoming materials are checked for quantity and quality before storage
  
• Manage outbound materials, ensuring accurate and timely issuance
  
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials in the warehouse
  
• Perform regular stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system
  
• Report any inventory discrepancies or damages promptly
  
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement team to ensure timely material delivery
  
• Ensure warehouse safety (fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture control, etc.)
  
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper housekeeping standards
  
• Prepare and update inventory reports, stock movement records, and related documentation
  
• Support management with data for operational and planning decisions

Job Requirements:

• Minimum high school or equivalent
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience in factory or engineering-related industries
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Familiar with stock control and reporting processes
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Forklift license needed

Location: Banting, Selangor (will station in Kapar, Selangor first)

Salary: RM4,000 - 6,000

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9:00AM - 6:00PM), Sat (9:00AM - 1:00PM)
