Job summary

Scholpp Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations, materials coordination, and the safe handling of equipment and supplies.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related field, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. You will ensure accurate inventory records, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, and maintain orderly, safe storage practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of inventory control are preferred.
• Organised, responsible, and able to manage daily warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and issuing materials.
• Coordinate the movement and handling of machines, equipment, tools, and project materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure proper storage, housekeeping, and safe handling of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers, project teams, technicians, and internal departments.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged items.
• Perform other warehouse and operational duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
