Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to manage daily activities, ensure accuracy, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and outbound processing, while coordinating with service teams to resolve issues and drive efficiency. A 3–5 year background in warehouse/quality roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics or related fields.
• 3–5 years in warehouse management or quality control.
• Familiar with warehouse processes, quality management systems, and data analysis.
• Understanding international logistics standards.

Responsibilities

• Daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, outbound processing.
• Allocate manpower and equipment based on order volume.
• Supervise staff and ensure SOPs, safety and quality compliance.
• Monitor KPIs: inbound/outbound processing, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, productivity.
• Coordinate with customer service, transportation, planning, and other warehouse teams to resolve issues.
• Onsite 5S management, workplace safety, and equipment usage; drive improvements.
• Train new employees and guide team members to improve overall efficiency.

About The Team

You'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, outbound processing, and inventory management. Allocate manpower, equipment, and work assignments based on order volume to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Supervise employee performance and ensure all operations comply with SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inbound and outbound processing timeliness, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and productivity. Conduct daily inventory counts, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, and operational abnormalities.
• Coordinate with customer service, transportation, planning, and other warehouse teams to promptly resolve operational issues.
• Responsible for onsite 5S management, workplace safety, and equipment usage management. Identify operational issues, propose improvement solutions, and continuously drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Train new employees and guide team members to improve overall team efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications

1. Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or related fields.

2. Work Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, quality control, or related fields. Candidates with a background in the logistics industry are preferred.

3. Competency Requirements

• Professional Competencies: Familiar with warehouse management processes and possess knowledge of quality management systems. Able to use data analysis tools for quality control management. Understand international logistics industry standards
