Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics Malaysia seeks a Warehouse Operations Specialist to oversee daily warehouse activities. You will manage receiving, put-away, picking, packing, outbound processing and inventory control, ensuring accuracy and timely operations.

You will supervise staff, enforce SOPs and safety standards, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvements in cost efficiency and service quality while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, quality control, or related fields.
• Familiar with warehouse management processes and quality management systems; able to use data analysis tools for quality control.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, outbound processing, and inventory control.
• Supervise staff performance; ensure SOPs, safety and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs: inbound/outbound timeliness, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, productivity; conduct counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with customer service, transportation, planning and other teams to resolve issues.
• Oversee 5S, safety, equipment usage; identify improvements and drive cost efficiency.
• Train new staff and support team development; perform other duties as assigned.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, outbound processing, and inventory management. Allocate manpower, equipment, and work assignments based on order volume to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• 2. Supervise employee performance and ensure all operations comply with SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• 3. Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inbound and outbound processing timeliness, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and productivity. Conduct daily inventory counts, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, and operational abnormalities.
• 4. Coordinate with customer service, transportation, planning, and other warehouse teams to promptly resolve operational issues.
• 5. Responsible for onsite 5S management, workplace safety, and equipment usage management. Identify operational issues, propose improvement solutions, and continuously drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• 6. Train new employees and guide team members to improve overall team efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications

• 1. Educational Background - Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or related fields.
• 2. Work Experience - 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, quality control, or related fields. Candidates with a background in the logistics industry are preferred.
• 3. Competency Requirements - Professional Competencies: Familiar with warehouse management processes and possess knowledge of quality management systems. Able to use data analysis tools for quality control management.
