Job summary

JD Logistics, part of JD.com, is hiring for a Warehouse and Procurement role based in Malaysia. You will develop procurement plans, manage purchasing, and ensure timely delivery while optimizing stock levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, finance, business operations, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or WMS systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement plans based on business needs, and follow up on purchasing, delivery, and usage to avoid stock shortages or excessive inventory.
• Responsible for purchasing daily office supplies, operational consumables, and related materials, including purchase order follow-up.
• Maintain supplier information, monitor market price changes, and assist in identifying more cost-effective procurement solutions.
• Regularly conduct inventory counts and analyze material consumption to optimize purchasing quantities and procurement frequency.
• Monthly Expense Accruals and Settlement—verify monthly warehouse operating expenses accruals and risks.

About The Team

Job Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Administrative Assets and Consumables Procurement Management
   • Develop procurement plans based on business needs, and follow up on purchasing, delivery, and usage to avoid stock shortages or excessive inventory.
   • Responsible for purchasing daily office supplies, operational consumables, and related materials, including purchase order follow-up.
   • Maintain supplier information, monitor market price changes, and assist in identifying more cost-effective procurement solutions.
   • Regularly conduct inventory counts and analyze material consumption to optimize purchasing quantities and procurement frequency.
2. Monthly Expense Accruals and Settlement
   • Responsible for verifying monthly warehouse operating expense accrualsisks.

Job Requirements
