Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Shah Alam facilities, ensuring inbound/outbound flow, accuracy, and safety. • Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse management or quality control.
• Familiar with warehouse management processes and quality management systems; able to use data analysis tools.
• Understanding of international logistics industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and inventory management.
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and tasks based on order volume to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise staff, ensure SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements are met.
• Monitor KPIs (inbound/outbound timeliness, accuracy, inventory counts) and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with customer service, transportation, planning, and other teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain 5S, safety, equipment usage, and drive cost reductions and efficiency improvements.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, outbound processing, and inventory management. Allocate manpower, equipment, and work assignments based on order volume to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Supervise employee performance and ensure all operations comply with SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inbound and outbound processing timeliness, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and productivity. Conduct daily inventory counts, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, and operational abnormalities.
• Coordinate with customer service, transportation, planning, and other warehouse teams to promptly resolve operational issues.
• Responsible for onsite 5S management, workplace safety, and equipment usage management. Identify operational issues, propose improvement solutions, and continuously drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Train new employees and guide team members to improve overall team

efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications

• Educational Background
• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Work Experience
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, quality control, or related fields. Candidates with a background in the logistics industry are preferred.
• Competency Requirements
• Professional Competencies: Familiar with warehouse management processes and possess knowledge of quality management systems. Able to use data analysis tools for quality control management. Understand international logistics industry standards
