Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional to oversee daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing, outbound processing and inventory management at our Shah Alam facility. You will allocate manpower, equipment and task assignments to keep operations smooth and accurate.

You will supervise performance, ensure adherence to SOPs, safety and quality standards; monitor KPIs, conduct daily cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with customer service, transportation

Qualifications

• Educational Background - Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or related fields.
• Work Experience - 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, quality control, or related fields. Candidates with a background in the logistics industry are preferred.
• Competency Requirements - Familiar with warehouse management processes, quality management systems, data analysis tools, international logistics standards.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, outbound processing, and inventory management. Allocate manpower, equipment, and work assignments based on order volume to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Supervise employee performance and ensure all operations comply with SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inbound and outbound processing timeliness, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and productivity. Conduct daily inventory counts, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, and operational abnormalities.
• Coordinate with customer service, transportation, planning, and other warehouse teams to promptly resolve operational issues.
• Responsible for onsite 5S management, workplace safety, and equipment usage management. Identify operational issues, propose improvement solutions, and continuously drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Train new employees and guide team members to improve overall team efficiency. Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications
