Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise a staff, oversee receiving, inventory, picking, storage, and shipping, and coordinate daily activities with transport partners. The role requires 1+ year in warehouse leadership, strong operational knowledge, and bilingual communication in Mandarin and English.

You will drive process improvements and ensure on-time delivery, working in a fast-paced logistics environment with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse team leader role or transport management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Forklift certification, or the ability to obtain certification, is an advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required, to ensure effective communication with internal teams and external partners.

• Resolve any shipment issues promptly and efficiently in collaboration with transport partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
