Job summary

Be Pharmacy is seeking a warehouse supervisor in Puchong to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods. You will ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely shipping, while maintaining strict inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

You will lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff, coordinate with procurement and sales, perform cycle counts, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience working in warehouse.
• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications and prescriptions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and shipping.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts or full audits.
• Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using our system.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to manage stock levels and reorder supplies.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure they perform their roles effectively.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate staff performance.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.
• Willing to work in Puchong Perdana.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by manager.
