Job summary

Apex Pharmacy Marketing Sdn Bhd is hiring a full-time Warehouse Assistant in Subang Jaya, Selangor. You will support the efficient operation of a busy warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.

Key duties include receiving shipments, picking and packing orders, maintaining records, and assisting with inventory counts while adhering to GDP, GxP, and ISO requirements. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and physical fitness.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Good numeracy and data entry skills with WMS experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset to resolve issues.
• Physically fit to lift and move heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments and verify inventory.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately.
• Maintain records of warehouse transactions.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.

Join our team at Apex Pharmacy Marketing Sdn Bhd as a full-time Warehouse Assistant based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient and organised operation of our busy warehouse, ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of pharmaceutical and healthcare products to our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Receiving and unloading incoming shipments, verifying inventory and ensuring proper storage
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all warehouse transactions
• Assisting with inventory management and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and well-maintained
• Supporting the logistics team with any other warehouse or distribution-related tasks as required
• Adhere to the given productivity KPIs and comply towards GDP, GPDMD and ISO requirements.

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment

• Good numeracy and data entry skills with experience using warehouse management systems
