Job summary

KM Vet Pharm is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching products. You will monitor stock levels, ensure accurate labelling and storage, and coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Able to lead and coordinate a small warehouse team.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in veterinary/pharmaceutical products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching products.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper stock arrangement, labelling, and storage.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Purchasing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor warehouse cleanliness, safety, and housekeeping.
• Assist in checking incoming goods against delivery orders and purchase orders.
• Guide and monitor warehouse assistants in their daily duties.
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry for warehouse transactions.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the management.
